Yitan Li received his Ph.D. from Academy for Advanced Interdisciplinary Studies, Peking University (with. Prof. Yan Li) in 2019. From 2019 - 2022, he continued his work as a research fellow with Prof. Steve Granick at IBS CSLM.
Yitan's research focused on the fluid behaviors of liquids and their influences on material assembly and crystal growth. He is also interested in the collective behaviors of microorganisms, including bacteria and microalgae.
